Our Church History

In the mid 70's Rev Joe Cannon and his family came to Okeechobee Florida and began holding services in a rented building. As time passed the congregation began to grow and Rev Cannon built the present main building. In October of 1980 Rev Cannon began a new work in Arcadia Florida and Rev Raymond Warren and family came to Okeechobee. During the 28 years of pastoring in Okeechobee a slow but steady progress continues. The church purchased 3 adjacent lots to the church property. Later a new Activity Center was built and the church parking lot was paved. We are still excited about what God is doing and going to do in our city. |
